HISTORY
In 2018, Nantong Meile Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, stepping into the precision manufacturing sector of power tools. The company assembled its initial team of R&D and production specialists, built standardized production workshops, and focused on manufacturing complete power tools including electric drills, angle grinders, lithium-ion impact wrenches as well as precision spare parts. It established the core business philosophy of "Precision Manufacturing, Quality First", embarking on its entrepreneurial journey in power tool production.
2018
The year 2020 witnessed the first round of scale expansion of the company. A great number of CNC processing equipment and complete machine assembly lines were added, the production workshop space was expanded, and supporting systems for quality inspection and warehousing were improved, which greatly lifted the annual output of finished power tools. Meanwhile, a professional foreign trade team was formed to develop offline overseas channels and cross-border e-commerce platforms. Multiple cost-effective lithium power tools were exported to Southeast Asian countries in bulk, attracting the first batch of stable overseas clients and marking a crucial step in its global layout.
2020
In 2022, the company rolled out its proprietary brand strategy and registered its exclusive power tool brand TALADO, kicking off full-scale brand management. The enterprise designed a dedicated product lineup for TALADO, optimized product appearance and internal motor structures, and unified brand packaging and logos. It separated OEM production lines from the self-owned brand production lines, transforming from a pure OEM manufacturer to an integrated enterprise featuring both manufacturing and self-brand operations, laying a solid foundation for brand globalization.
2022
In 2023, the company ramped up investment in R&D and officially launched the independent mould development program for power tools, assembling a special team of mould designers and mould opening engineers. Breaking free from generic public mould limitations, the company independently developed full sets of moulds for lithium tool housings, body structures and battery packs, enabling customized appearance and internal structures to meet demands from markets across the globe. The launch of proprietary moulds greatly boosted product differentiation and competitiveness, effectively avoiding homogeneous market competition and supporting exclusive customized orders from worldwide customers.
2023
2024 saw the completion of technical upgrades for all TALADO power tools. The enterprise optimized brushless motor control systems and lithium battery endurance solutions to enhance torque, durability and safety performance of the tools, while obtaining mandatory certifications such as UL and FCC required by European and American markets. The upgraded high-end brushless power tools gained wide recognition in Europe and America thanks to reliable quality and exquisite craftsmanship, leading to a sharp surge in export orders. Its business covered numerous European countries and mainstream hardware & tool retailers in North America. Europe and North America became the core overseas revenue sources, further expanding its global market footprint.
2024
As of 2026, Nantong Meile Precision Machinery maintains sound and rapid development momentum. The company keeps expanding its reserve of proprietary moulds and developing new-generation high-power lithium power tools. It upgrades intelligent production equipment to raise automatic assembly efficiency and enforce strict quality control for finished products. Meanwhile, it further explores mature European and American markets while tapping into emerging overseas markets including the Middle East and Latin America to perfect its global distributor network. Adhering to its core strengths in precision machinery manufacturing and centering on the self-owned brand TALADO, the company continuously invests in technological innovation, striding steadily toward becoming a world-class premium power tool manufacturer.
